The mission of Casa San Francisco (House of Saint Francis) is to restore the wellbeing of individuals experiencing homelessness. Located in Milton, Delaware, the team at Casa provides purposeful case management services and emergency shelter and meals for adult men and women. A case manager works with each resident to identify job opportunities and government sources of income when appropriate. We also provide our Casa residents help with medications, laundry, DART bus passes to get to work, and medical and counseling appointments. We coordinate these services with the State of Delaware Service Centers, mental health agencies, medical facilities, drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs, and veterans assistance programs.
Help us shelter those in need.
HOW WE HELP
Emergency Shelter
We provide housing and three daily meals for up to 12 adults for a maximum of 30 days. A case manager works with each resident to obtain income and locate affordable housing opportunities.

- If you are in need of immediate shelter, call the Delaware Helpline at 211.
- If you are experiencing homelessness, The Housing Alliance of Delaware helpline can be reached Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM: 833-346-3233.

Food Cooperative
Through our Food Cooperative, we help families and individuals stretch their limited incomes by providing a supplemental bag of groceries, nutrition, and budgeting information once a month. With the help of the Food Bank of Delaware, club members receive nutritious, meal-ready products for a fraction of the retail value.
Currently, we have distribution sites in Milton, Georgetown, Lewes, Slaughter Neck, Long Neck, Bridgeville, Dover, and Princess Anne.
