Delaware First Episode Psychosis Program
The Delaware First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program utilizes the NAVIGATE model to provide Coordinated Specialty Care to Delaware residents ages 14–40, including students attending Delaware colleges and universities. This program is tailored to meet the needs of the individual through assessment, supportive family education, individual resiliency development, medication maintenance along with educational and vocational assistance.
Psychosis is a treatable medical condition that affects how a person thinks, feels, and experiences reality. It most commonly begins during the teen and young adult years, making early recognition and intervention critical.
