Mental Wellness Counseling

At Catholic Charities, we know that mental health is critical for a healthy and balanced life. That is why we offer a supportive, confidential mental health counseling program that allows clients to talk with a licensed counselor or social worker to get the support they need. Our services include individual counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling, all provided in a safe, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant setting. Both in-person and virtual options are available for your convenience. These services are available to individuals residing in Delaware or Maryland, making it easy to get support for yourself and/or your family. 

We accept most third-party insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, we also offer a self-pay option.

Our intake coordinator will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork and assess what programs are available to support your needs. We will then schedule your first appointment with a licensed therapist, typically within 3-4 business days, based on availability. To speak with a member of our team, call us at 302-655-9624. Calls will be returned within  three business days. Should you call during non-business hours or a holiday, leave a message on our secure and confidential voicemail.
