At Catholic Charities, we offer a supportive, confidential mental health counseling program where you can talk with a licensed counselor or social worker and get the support you need. Our services include individual counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling, all provided in a safe, confidential, and HIPAA compliant setting both in person and virtual options available. These services are available to anyone within Delaware or Maryland, making it easy to get support for yourself and/or your family.
We accept most third-party insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, we offer a self-pay option as well.

The intake coordinator will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork and assess what programs are available to support your needs. We will then schedule your first appointment with a licensed therapist typically within 3-4 business days, based on availability. To speak with a member of our team, call us at (302)-655-9624. Should you call during non-business hours or during a holiday, leave a message on our secure and confidential voicemail. PLEASE NOTE: Calls will be returned withing 48 hours of the next business day.
