Catholic Charities Mental Wellness Program is a comprehensive mental health service offering two distinct pathways of care.
The Delaware First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program provides specialized early intervention for individuals experiencing the first episode of psychosis. We know that early support changes outcomes, which is why our team delivers coordinated, evidence-informed care designed to promote stability, recovery, and long-term success.
We also offer full-spectrum outpatient counseling through our Mental Wellness Counseling Program, serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, our clinicians provide compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to each person’s needs.
No matter where someone is in their mental health journey, our mission remains the same — meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-informed care.

The intake coordinator will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork and assess what programs are available to support your needs. We will then schedule your first appointment with a licensed therapist typically within 3-4 business days, based on availability. To speak with a member of our team, call us at (302)-655-9624. Should you call during non-business hours or during a holiday, leave a message on our secure and confidential voicemail. PLEASE NOTE: Calls will be returned withing 48 hours of the next business day.
